WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT MY PERTH MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT?
My main goals is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and beautiful! I will help to guide and pose you in ways to make sure you and your bump look absolutely amazing! These photoshoots are always a lot of fun with a lot of laughter involved. (The weirder you think the pose feels, the better it looks I promise!) I also have a client closet of maternity dresses ranging from size 6 to 22!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Maternity shoots are more posed and also quicker (if you don't have any kids) than my family and newborn shoots. During the shoot, I'll show you how to pose with your bump, using your legs and your hands. We'll also get lots of beautiful candid photos in between. I'll guide you through a range of sitting, standing, and walking photos. If you've already got a little one then I'll make sure to include them in fun ways!

Maternity Client Closet
All of my Perth maternity photography includes complimentary access to my maternity gowns. I have 18 different gowns in sizes ranging from 6 - 22. If you have something in mind for your photoshoot let me know! You are welcome to come over to my office prior to your photoshoot to try on the gowns or I can bring a selection with me to the Perth photoshoot location.

Sophie took our maternity and family photos once our bub arrived. She made our maternity photo session a breeze while we wrangled our three year old at the beach. She is very patient and caring. She understands kids sometimes need encouragement and to feel involved. Sophie took the time to show our daughter her camera and lenses so Grace had a better understanding. I felt comfortable to take breast feeding breaks when our baby needed to be fed. Our photos aren't just pictures taken by Sophie they are amazing memories captured with all of Sophie's help. She is amazing!

I recommend booking between 32 and 37 weeks. This gives a beautiful big bump for the photos. If you are expecting twins or at risk of early labor, booking at 26 – 30 weeks might be perfect for you.
Of course! Everyone in your family is welcome to join you or you can celebrate your bump with a beautiful solo shoot
I love it when clients bring along an ultrasound photo, baby shoes, or a baby outfit. I usually only do 1 or 2 photos with the props but they make a lovely addition to the galleries.
I have three popular Perth maternity shoot locations. Perry’s Paddock, Burns Beach, and Woodbridge Riverside Park. All of these Perth locations are so beautiful year-round!
Absolutely not! It’s completely up to you what you’d like to wear for your maternity photos. The client closet is just an option for those who would like it. If you would like I can also help you choose my favourite dresses from what you have at home, and let you know what will look best in photos! I always, always recommend to only ever wear what you feel the most like you, and comfortable in!
